Chloe is a dynamic 26-year-old professional who exemplifies resilience and versatility. Chloe is a survivor of both cardiac arrest and open-heart surgery, which has fueled her commitment to raising awareness and improving heart health outcomes. Through her personal story, Chloe brings a unique and powerful perspective to her work with the AHA.

With extensive experience at both the state and national levels, Chloe has been a strong proponent of the HEARTS Act, working tirelessly to drive legislative change that supports cardiovascular care. Her advocacy efforts are deeply personal—Chloe is a survivor of both cardiac arrest and open-heart surgery, which has fueled her commitment to raising awareness and improving heart health outcomes. Through her personal story and professional efforts, Chloe brings a unique and powerful perspective to her work with the AHA. Chloe was honored as Miss Heart of Texas in the Miss America Opportunity, a testament to her dedication and community involvement. She has published the only children’s book on the market teaching children heart healthy habits, Keys To Your H.E.A.R.T.
